A Jewish fable tells of a widow who had no food for her children, but she put a stone in a pot. When the widow's friends heard of her dilemma they each brought vegetables and food and added to the pot which became a magnificent stew to feed the entire family.
The Stone Soup Ministry of Faith Tabernacle is where friends of the homeless in our community come together to add small ingredients that become amazing meals, on every second and fourth Friday of each month. We believe that this is only the beginning of being able to share the love of Jesus with the needy of our city!
